Robin Athey
Robin coaches leader and founders, drawing forth their innate wisdom as they navigate uncertainty, complexity and ongoing change. She also works with co-founders and teams, helping them to work better together, for greater impact.
She brings 35 years of experience across 27 countries. Her clients have included ABB, Microsoft, HP, IBM, Eli Lilly, Fujitsu and Banco Santander.
For 9 years, Robin served as Deloitte’s thought leader on the human aspects of organizational performance. Prior to Deloitte, Robin led global production as VP of Cole-Haan, a subsidiary of Nike. She began her career as a strategy and operations consultant with Kurt Salmon.
She has taught the core leadership class at Simmons MBA, been a fellow at Harvard, and sat on the board of the U.N. Association.
Armin Rau
Armin Rau is the founder and managing director of Blunaranja, a consulting firm that helps small and medium-sized companies in the high tech and business services industries to grow fast and sustainably. He uses various approaches, from digital lead generation to M&A. Armin and his team also help corporate managers and ex-managers achieve freedom and independence by building their own businesses.
He brings 35 years of international management experience with top positions at market leaders (Siemens, Manpower, and Swisscom) in Germany, the UK, Spain, France, and Switzerland, serving clients such as Allianz, AXA, Vodafone and Etisalat.
