Specialty:
Crafting memorable stories that double as calls to action. Blending and balancing industry knowledge with the relatable anecdotes, facts and Ideas to reach a targeted readership or general audience.
Credentials:
I am an established feature writer, respected business reporter, and Pulitzer Prize-nominated foreign correspondent. Over the course of a 30-year career, I figure I’ve written about 3,200 articles and accumulated specialties ranging from tariffs and climate change to war crimes and cannabis. I have also mentored journalists and other writers for more than a decade.
My book:
I co-wrote with former UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon his memoir Resolved: Uniting Nations in a Divided World, which was first published by Columbia University Press in 2021. The book has been translated into three languages, was a #1 best-seller in Korea, and is the basis for the forthcoming movie, “The Quiet Diplomat.”
